Full Moon Meditation

Lay on a soft surface or sit comfortable.
Take 3 full breathes, don't force them just breath naturally.
Notice your body, notice any tension you have, scan down your body from your head to your feet, releasing tension when you find it. relax and let your body go.
Take 3 full breathes and relax your whole body. feel yourself growing energy roots deep into the Earth and drawing up grounding energy into your body, feel that energy flow up from your feet, to your knees, to your hips, to your belly area. Now, feel yourself drawing down healing energy from the Universe, feel that energy flow down through your crown into your head, down your neck and to the tips of your fingers, down your ribs to your belly. feel the two energies mix and spread throughout your body. Feel it charge you and ground you, healing where you may need it. notice as it draws from you the emotions, and energy that no longer serves you and pulls it down and out of your body, giving it to the Earth, at the same time feel the healing energy of the Universe filling the areas in your energy, where the negative energy and emotions were, with healing white light. take your time and allow the energy of the Earth and Universe flow through you.
When you are ready take 3 full breathes and allow yourself to pull your energy back into yourself, slowly disconnect from the Universe and Earth, feel yourself coming back into your body. Wiggle your toes and fingers, and feel yourself be relaxed and fully alert within your physical self, take your time before getting up and moving around.
