What is Reiki
Healing Universal energy
Reiki, is the union of two Japanese words – Rei (Universal) and Ki (Energy). It’s essentially an energy-based healing technique where the Reiki practitioner becomes a conduit for Universal energy. The practitioner then channels that energy to and through their client to help their own ability to heal emotionally and/or physically. Reiki is not a medical treatment, it promotes healing from within.

I have been attuned to several type of Reiki and offer both one on one sessions and group sessions, as well as teach Reiki classes.
Usui Reiki
The founder of this technique was a Japanese doctor named Mikao Usui, who lived around the turn of 20th century.
Kundalini Reiki
This is a powerful technique that can be done along side other forms of healing or as a stand alone treatment.
